Volleyball
Strategy meets skill on the Sycamore volleyball court. Playing in NCAA Division I, matches often come down to the wire. There’s only one rule on this court – win. This is a rule the women’s Sycamore volleyball team lives by. Having made it all the way to Missouri Valley Conference quarterfinals in the 2014 season, Indiana State volleyball brings fans to the edge of their seats with dynamic teamwork and unprecedented power.
The ISU Arena
Sycamore volleyball slams on the court in the iconic ISU Arena. Serving the university since 1962, the Arena has seen it all – wrestling, basketball, gymnastics, volleyball and more. An $11 million addition to the Health, Physical Education and Recreation Building–which includes indoor tennis courts, 12 basketball courts, an indoor track, racquetball and handball courts–was finished in 1988. Located on Chestnut Avenue, bookmarked by Fourth and Fifth streets, the Arena is an amazing venue for cheering on Sycamore sports.
