Softball

When the Sycamore softball team steps on the field, nothing else matters. Battering the competition in the NCAA Division I Missouri Valley Conference, Sycamore softball broke several records in 2014, including most runs scored, highest slugging percentage and highest on-base percentage. Watching these athletes dominate the diamond brings a thrill like no other.

Price Field At Eleanor Forsythe St. John Softball Complex

On the corner of Tippecanoe and 4th streets, the Eleanor Forsythe St. John Softball Complex features two playing fields, an electronic scoreboard, bullpens, expanded dugouts and a batting cage. The quality of the infield and outfield has been improved thanks to recent renovations which include a new press box for the media, newly installed seating, and a new drainage system. The north field on the complex is Price Field, site of ISU’s home games.
